It's called PLUK and has a great look and feel and nice combination of fresh food and fresh drinks…Came across this concept store in Haarlem, the Netherlands and believe that this first store is already too small.


Other than in the States where the on the Go drinks are 80 % of business, in continental Europe people have a bit more time and want to sit down and savor their consumption …


Maybe we Europeans have a bit more patience and a bit more time to enjoy?
